Dear Sir/Madam,

                        With reference to the subject forwarded herewith the problem faced by one Block in Nalbari district of our state. The DPMU has informed that they are not being able to freeze the vouchers and the message which is displayed by the application is attached herewith. But the user is claiming that the balance are adequate to freeze the vouchers.

Kindly suggest.

Dear Mam,

The Opening Balance in the Bank Account No.10557 , Scheme(Thirteenth Finance Commission), Scheme Component(GENERAL AREA BASIC GRANT (GABG)  is 0.00

The amount received by RV is Rs. 3784.00.

While, the Payment voucher entry "THFC/2011-12/P/16" is done for a sum of Rs. 152000.00, which is exceeding the amount in the selected Bank account.

Hence, giving an insufficient balance message.

Please check your amount and try again.
