The reply which I have received against my email was not satisfactory. My problem is that whenever I go for closing, say for the month of July,2011 for a particular G.P. there is a message shown in the screen that " Rs 50000 of a/c no 123 could not be freezed because there is no balance in that a/c but balance of Rs 150000/ (say) is available in 8782", So I have to transfer money from 8782 to 1601, but how can I transfer the money or solve the problem. Please explain with example.Please note that B/R has been closed upto June,2011 for the same G.P.

We are unable to close the monthly book of Kanchanpur GP of Rupohi Block under Nagaon Districe. A copy of the screenshot of the same enclosed herewith. In addition to this there are another 11 GP under same block also faceing the same problem.The names are as follows:

1. Rupohi Block- Rupohi GP, Borghat GP, Saitoria Gp,

Kanchanpur Gp, Hatipara GP, Gaurajan GP, Fakali GP, Gareki GP, Dakhin Katuwal GP, Jeumoni GP, Gotonga GP, Uttar Katuwal GP.

2. Kaliabor Block- Hathgarh GP, Chikoni Borhola GP

3. Raha Block- Magur Gaon GP, Hathgarh GP, Amtolla GP, Sahori GP,

Amsoi GP, Promila GP, Bagulajan GP,

4. Khagorijan Block- Kenduguri GP, Diffaloo GP

5. Dalang Ghat Block- aibheti GP, Niz Hatichung GP

6. Pakhimoria Block- Dakhinpat GP

7. Bejiagaon Block- Bharaguri GP
