We have been appointed for Maintanance of accounts for F.Y:2011-2012 of Chirang District in PRIASOFT.But sir for last 1 month we are unable to work on PRIASOFT as because due to following reason-
# We can not log on the side under present updation mode of the side
# CHIRANG District not been displayed under ASSAM.
# Four blocks under CHIRANG district has not been added inspite of our several reminder
# CHIRANG district DRDA has only been provided PASSWORD of only Two Blocks out of total of 6 blocks again 1 Block's Password is not working
# our request for mapping of Bank Branch has not been done .
# Neither any feed back as of now been received from concerned authority nor any reply of our earlier mail has been received.
# We have not been informed that when the side will be functional for CHIRANG District.
I light of above situation how we can help to timely complete the accounting entry for F.Y 2011-2012 whereas FY 2012-13 has also been due.
Please treat this email as UTMOST IMPORTANT and do the needful at an earliest with intimation to us so that we can make our future course of action in timely completion of the same.

PLS FIND HEREWITH SCREEN SHOT OF LIST OF BDOs UNDER CHIRANG DISTRICT.AS INFORMED TO US THERE ARE 6 BDOs under CHIRANG DISTRCT NAMELY Borobazar, Manikpur-Part, Sidli-Chirang, Dangtol, Chakchaka & Gobardhana Block but in Portal it shows only 2 BDOs namely Borobazar & Sidli-Chirang.pls UPDATE the same so that we can work on that.
