Dear Ashwin,

                  With reference to your mail on 03rd June, 2013, this is to inform you that the DRDA and BDO users of the state are still not being able to access the PRIASoft site. In your mail you had mentioned that the same will be resolved by 04th June, 2013. But still the problem is not resolved. Our DRDA and BdO users are facing lot of problem as a result of this as they are not being able to book any vouchers in PRIASoft.

Please treat this matter as most urgent and do the needful to resolve the same at the earliest.

Sir,

     Point 1 : Issue in Mapping of Scheme interface is resolved and checked.

     Point 2 : Sonai BP has closed the day book till 11-09-2011.So before closing the year book,they have to close the day books till 31-03-2011 and reconcile all their  

                  accounts.

     Point 3 : Issue in listing the stock items for Barpeta ZP is resolved.

     Point 4 : For DRDA and BDO, first of all the Line Departments need to be entered in LGD .So we have created District Level Line departments and block level line  

                  departments for the same and the accounts of these need to be shifted to the newly created departments. This will be completed by today.

     Point 5 : Resolved.

     Point 6 : It was already resolved and replied.

     Point 7 : NSAP Scheme comprises of IGNOAPS,IGNWPS,IGNDPS,NFBS all of which are already available in PriaSoft.

We have sent individual mails for each of the issues but the same is not resolved. As the districts are constantly following up with us, therefore we request you to address our issues on priority. The various issues of our state are listed below for favour of your ready reference.

1.    1. The district User ID of Kamrup is unable to map schemes. This feature to map schemes which was earlier available to the Zilla Panchayat Administrator is missing.

2.  2. The Year Book of Sonai Block under Cachar district is not getting closed. The DPM has reported that prior to recent up-gradation he had closed all the month books and OB was also frozen. But now, he is unable to close the Year Book and gives an error message that the Opening Balance is not frozen for the scheme.

3.    3. District Barpeta has reported that the items under Materials in MGNREGA Scheme are not available for selection.

4. 4. User ID of DRDA, Karbi Anglong (User ID: DRDA-KARBIANGLONG-ADM) is not functioning. We have also reset the password from the State-ADM but still it is not functioning.

5.   5. The object heads are not appearing while transferring funds from “Own source”. The district user of Dhemaji has reported the same.

6.   6. Master details related to bank is not available since the recent up-gradation of PRIAsoft. The bank details which were earlier available are not available for the district users now. This issue is reported by Hailakandi district.

7.  7. District Sivasagar has reported that the scheme National Social Assistance Program (NSAP) is not available. As a result of this they are not being able to enter transactions against the said scheme.

We once again request you to kindly take the above mentioned issues on high priority and resolve the same at the earliest.

    There was an issue in the login for few DRDA's and BDO's credentials and the same has been resolved. Kindly check and if still the user is facing any issue while login please let us know.
