Dear Ashwin,

                  With reference to the subject and the mail below from DPMU, Dhubri this is to inform you that they are not being able to freeze vouchers and the problem faced by them is attached in the screenshot. They have informed that balances are adequate as per Cash Book and Bank Account Reports. Please look into the problem and suggest accordingly.

Request your personal attention as this is an issue which is being raised by lot of districts and as aresult of this they are unable to close the Year books of their respective levels.
