Dear All the Master students, Summer trainees and Interns
1. After completing your graduate program work in the lab, kindly hand over your glass wares and chemicals if you have any to your immediate junior who is going to work on your setup or to the lab common inventory. Otherwise it is very difficult for other students to collect your glass wares, setup assembly, chemicals. Empty your lockers and allot it someone else. This will save the time of the other students so that they will not spend time in cleaning your lockers and glassware.
2. If you are in charge of any specific instrument, you should hand over the responsibility well in advance to some junior by giving him proper training. Otherwise it becomes very difficult for new student to learn it from the beginning without any help and it consumes unnecessary time.
3. If you have any research material printed which you are not going to take away with you, please hand over it to someone who is working on similar project like you. So new people do not have to print them again.
4. Erase all the unnecessary data from your computer before you go. Only keep important data like your calculations, thesis, literature survey etc.
