We want to get an invoice by end of next week. It is just a question of how many do we want to order and how many do we want to stock. Only issue with T-shirts is sizes - we could have people wanting shirts, and all we have is the wrong size. Great idea on asking for orders - I would send out an e-mail specifically to this. I wouldn't worry about making much profit, but we do want to cover costs. So $10 or $12 per shirt (?) Question for Sensations is what kind of breaks for quantities so we order what people want, and then if we get orders, we can order more. I would suggest the following:
Get everyone that wants one and work up order - I would offer for free for board & steering committee members.
Pick most popular sizes for M/W, and then order 3 for stock. So order might be around 40-50 shirts, which hopefully will get a discount. Then if we need some size we don't have, do another order to refresh stock. Also, who will "stock" shirts?
