Unable to load Prezi content for newly created presetations

Hello

I use JavaScript Prezi Player API code to load presentations in my project. There is a problem with newly created presentations, like the ones in 2020 or at the end of 2019. I am unable to load them via API.

For example in my Prezi account I have presentations. Privacy settings are set to "Anyone on the web".

WORKING FINE:

NOT WORKING:

Can you help me with this problem?

Hello again

PreziPlayer was working fine, but now issue is back and I am unable to load content of the newer presentations. To test I am using URL: https://prezi.github.io/prezi-player/demo/PreziPlayer/javascript_embed_code/

For example this ID won't load and shows black screen:

x3u0jati4xvb

and this will (older):

kyv8uqj9d5dz

Both presentations are public and work fine when opening via browser.

it seems I have the same issue with the ID- x3u0jati4xvb content.

But when I tested the ID- kyv8uqj9d5dz, it works now.

Did you solve this problem?
