Configurator on Kubuntu : some trials and errors

Hi birds
I did not know what to do after the install of Prey from the repositories. So I uninstalled and got it from the web site. Then a pop up says to run the Prey configurator form the Systm Tools menu.
Good! except that it does not launch !
Yes I did that : http://support.preyproject.com/kb/installation/prey-configurator-doesnt-launch-on-kubuntu
but the proper command is rather this :
sudo /usr/share/prey/platform/linux/prey-config.py
After which I got this :
/usr/share/prey/modules/system/platform/linux/functions: ligne 8: hal-find-by-property : commande introuvable
But it worked and launched the configurator.
Just so that Kubuntu people know ;-)
