Please avoid those aggressive colours. I can think about two options:

1- You didn't activate correctly the email
2- Bug

In both cases, try retrying.

Cheers,

The same thing happens to me, even tho I am sure I did activate
correctly. I have had to use the work around, resetting my password
over a dozens times - same password really, but it continues to
happen.

Javier's comments were not helpful and I really wonder if this site
even cares...??

We do care… it's just difficult to follow up when people disappear or experience things we can't replicate.

You need to be careful if you are requesting password resets.
If the reset email doesn't get to you quickly & you then request a new password reset a new token link will be created but the server may be expecting the new one when you follow the old link. I don't think that is the issue here, but it is something to be careful with.

Please try resetting with a different password to see if there are characters that are not allowed or being parsed into something different in your current password.
I also notice your email address contains uppercase letters, it's not illegal, but be aware that the first part is case sensitive, but the last part isn't.
Personally I'd try to set up a new Prey account with all lower case email address to see if that works.

The reset feature is working for me so I have to assume it is either in the email address or password causing it.

My case turned out to be one of bad password saved and I kept trying
to log in with that but getting the wrong error message. Try retyping
your password.
