If it is definitely installed you will need to do some searching to find where you installed it. I don't know how you managed that in Windows 7.
You may be able to use revo uninstall, assuming it can find Prey for you.

If the location c:\prey exists, but there is nothing inside the folder, it's
possible that you already uninstalled it.
To check, you can open Windows Explorer, choose your C:\ drive, and in the
upper right corner is a search box. Enter the word 'prey' and hit enter.
You entire hard drive will be searched, which can take hours depending on
the size of your drive and how much of it you have told windows to index.
If it doesn't find anything, then it is probably not there. If it does find
something, go to the ...\platform\windows folder within the location that
was found, and run uninstall.exe
If you are comfortable with editing the registry. You can also check there
to see if there are any prey entries. They are installed at
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Prey. This check is not very important if the
program isn't found by the earlier search, but I thought I'd mention it.
And if you don't know how to edit the registry, I suggest that you DON'T do
it. It's dangerous and you could irreparably damage the software on your
computer.
