no reports - keine Reports

Ich habe Prey momentan im Testlauf und nun schon seit etwa 4 Stunden als "missing" gemeldet. 

Der PC war die ganze Zeit über angeschaltet und mit dem Internet verbunden (Mac).

Die Report Intervalle liegen bei 20 min. Zeitweise hatte ich sie auch auf 10 min. Trotzallem habe ich bis jetzt noch kein Report erhalten.

(der Check über das Terminal, der auf der Prey-Seite empfohlen worden ist ,sagt, dass alles in Ordnung ist.)

Woran kann das liegen?

I currently got Prey in the Test mode and marked it as "missing" for more than 4 hours now.

The pc was switched on and connected to the internet during all that time.

Report intervalls are every 20min. For a short time I even tried an intervall of 10 min. Nevertheless not even 1 report has yet arrived.

(Terminal check was said to be ok)

What could be the problem?

Can you post the log?

Can you check it is the current version, the log should say what is installed. Make sure it is 0.5.10
