No printscreen on rapports

Hi,
My MacBook pro has been stolen last year.
Suddenly, it is sending rapports to My the control panel (Pro Account).

The version installed is 0.3.73 (mac).
The problem is, that it is not sending me a print screen or a webcam picture.

I only receive the IP adress, logged user, running programs, uptime, active connections and wifi info.

It's not possible to update from the control panel (pro account) on that device!

Is there a way to receive print screens??
The police is making a case, even the MacBook is located in Africa...
