Prey wont let me cancel my subscription and took 5.05 USD from me!

For I guess months now every time I log in to prey control panel I click on the cancel my subscription button and I confirm it, but it never cancels it. And now I pressed the reenable my account button, thinking I would finally cancel this subscription, and it just took 5.05 USD from my paypal account. On top of that I logged in today, and it wont let me access my control panel by showing that same "update your billing info page". So not only will it not allow me to cancel my subscription, but on top of that even after I unwilling paid for another month of service, it wont let me go to the control panel to get help!

I think that you will get better support going direct to the Prey team, since this forum is mostly user based support. Let them know your account email & they may be able to cancel it. Alternatively check if there are options to cancel the recurring payment in your paypal account.

I did cancel the recurring payment in my paypal account, and I will check out does contacts you showed me.
