Vertical align

Hello,

As an attachment you can find 5 patches (that have to be applied in serial) that will include vertical align support for prettytable.

The patches were created using git-svn. I think they can be applied easily.

A summary of patches:

1. some lay-out change (tabs to spaces etc.)
2. allow only one valign per table (not row/column configurable) (+test)
3. allow configuration of valign per column
4. allow configuration of valign per row
5. avoid the print of the table in the test by using a print hook.

This exact feature (vertical align) was actually next on my list of things to add for the next prettytable (which will hopefully be out soon), so you have very good timing! I will make sure that your work is included in the upcoming 0.7 release and that you are credited appropriately.
