supply release/milestone information on issues

Hi,
For the purpose of: backwards-tracking and better planning, i'd like to request the following:
whenever a new issue is added/planned to be added to a release, a milestone tag would be added to the issue.

The milestone tag will display the release in which the issue is/will be delivered.

Yeah, I need to be more disciplined about this. I will move ahead and
apply such milestones against some of the major items in the backlog that
I want to tackle soon.
