It’s that time of year again, time to sign up and get training for the British 10K to raise money for your chosen IAHV project. This year’s race takes place on Sunday 13 July and we are aiming to double the number of runners from 2013. As you are all veterans of the race I'm sure you’ll be keen to involved again.
This year’s chosen projects are
· Gift A Smile
· Refugee Children's Retreat Project
· Manage Your Mind
· Prison Smart
· Peace building
The race as you know finishes at the cenotaph and as it is the centenary year of the outbreak of World War 1, peace building is particularly pertinent.
