Dear Pre TTC Family,

I taught my first BWS course (Breath Water Sound) and it has strengthened my path in life. Before I started the course I had butterflies in my stomach and not sure if I can do a good job. But with constant support and guidance from Kapil and Puja, made me realise that you are not the doer, but a mere instrument of the Divine. I took the first step and approached this organization which councils and guides troubled youth, then rest all fell in place on its own.

This organization takes their students to summer camp every year. This year it was in Snowdonia National Park in Wales. The venue was in between 3 mountains and a stream, a beautiful calm and quite place in the middle of nowhere. There were a total of 12 participants from different countries (Poland, Bangladesh, Somalia, Africa and UK). It was a wonderful experience of taking charge and teaching for the first time. Managing 12 youth is definitely a big task, but the patience and the centeredness I experienced sitting on that chair in front of the participants was priceless. The grace of the GURU was there in every moment of my sessions. I made sure I, knew everything from my manual, and the flow just happened.

It being a residential summer camp for 7 days (19^th August to 25^th August;2013), I was given 2 hours in the morning and 2hours in the evening with the youth for 3 days (19^th, 20^th & 21^st August 2013). The age of participants was between 16 to 30 years. In the morning they had 2 hours of yoga (Suryanamaskar), mediation and the processes from the manual (9am to 11pm) and in the evening I played them inspirational Film (Freedom Writers). They were also shown short video clipping from Pay It Forward, Forks over Knives and SKY Technique. My experience of mediation and practicing yoga has always been wonderful, but the most beautiful part of this BWS Course was, I got to see and experience my participants enjoying and being in that peace when I lead them all to RAM Meditation. This was one of a kind experience never had before.

I found the course enlightening, it gave me the courage to be the person I am and do what I like to do. I encourage all the UK Pre-TTC Graduates to conduct this beautiful course and see the transformation in yourself.

I am ever grateful to my Divine Guru and can’t thank enough Patti, Puja, Kapil, Gaurav, Niravta and my group mentors Bhavini & Himanshu for trusting in me and taking all your valuable time to guide me, nurture me and support me.
