I had the same issue but I could actually solve it, with your description. I closed the app first, then opened the task manager (you can easily find it when searching for it after you pressed the "start" on your desktop). In the task manager look for "adobe premiere elements 2020" and stop the task. (not sure if thats the exact wording since my language setting is not english but it should be gone from the task manager afterwards) Now try to open the program again. For me this worked so I hope i
You expect me to understand what they fixed?? But I did ask should it happen again, what would I do, and the response was something about going into the Task Bar and deleting the adobe programs that were running. It sounded simple but it is still nothing that I would have worked out on my own.

So I have been needing to use the photoshop app for a while but all of a sudden it will not open. it says it is loading, but just stops loading after about 20 seconds. I have used it before and am on windows 10. I have tried some of the basic fixes ( opening task mangager and closing backround adobe, clearing prefrences, restarting my computer ect.). could someone help me so I can go back to using it?
What I want to know is, would the users of our app have to login and manage login state (with adobe) every time they want to use the Image Editor? If anyone could point me to the right documentation it would be great. I plan to write the wrappers for React Native once I can confirm this (yes, I'll open source it as well once I'm done).
