"pretext build" on PreTeXt-CLI (2.11.0)

I noticed that building with the new version of PreTeXt-CLI (2.11.0) seems to require an active internet connection, as the build process fails when it cannot access Runestone Services from the CDN. In previous versions (e.g., 2.10.0), I could build projects offline without issues. Could you please clarify if this is an intended change, or if there’s a way to configure the current version to allow offline builds?

There is a recent change with how we get some external resources.  I plan to give a way for these to be bundled with the CLI release so you don't need an active internet connection, and hope to get that done early next week.

Thank you for the update! I appreciate the clarification regarding the change in how external resources are handled in the new version. It's great to hear that you're working on a solution to bundle these resources with the CLI release for offline builds.

Thanks for your patience on this one, and hopefully this hasn't been too disruptive.  

I'm happy to report that version 2.14.0 of the CLI is now out and no longer requires internet access to build HTML targets (you will get a warning about using possibly outdated Runestone Services).
