October 31: deadline to propose a minicourse at the 2024 MathFest.

November 1: deadline to propose an AIM workshop.

I think there's interest in a WeBWorK/PROSE special session at MathFest - if anyone's interested in those discussions, connect with me directly by email. I'll also bring up minicourse oppotunities.

I'm excited to run an AIM workshop on research cyberinfrastructure this December. If anyone else in the community wants to propose an AIM workshop, I'm happy to provide support (but probably not co-organize).

For posterity, I've submitted a proposal with Gavin LaRose (WeBWork) for a MathFest contributed paper session on "Open-Source Products for the Advancement of Math Education Research and Practice". Everyone engaged in this community is encouraged to submit an abstract if they'll be in Indianapolis!
