Is there a way to force the rebuild to use the most current source?

I was able to use the following to include the components that I wanted for select questions.  Then I changed it to the empty include and that worked to keep the original selection question content out of the ebook as a section.  However, I found out that I had some of the attributes on the wrong tag (on <blocks> instead of <activity> and rebuilt, but it is ignoring my changes.  How do I force it to reload the content from the source?

<source>
<directories external="../assets" generated="../generated-assets"/>
<!--uncomment below to remove the named components -->
<!-- <version include=""/> -->
<version include="source-for-select-questions"/>
</source>

Doesn't the Runestone author interface handle this for you (does a pull before building)?

That's been my experience. Except when I make the change on origin and forget to make a pull request upstream.

Never mind.  I hadn't committed the files that had changed.
