Some quirks in Runestone student progress and grading

Right now I'm just playing around in Runestone with some fake students, for the purpose of showing people how things work (and figuring this out for myself).

I just noticed that my "students" have 150% progress on one section:

And if I go to grade a short answer question, the grading summary table overlaps with the questions being marked:
