All pretext books are broken; mathjax down

Mostly just a heads up for anyone hosting books: it appears that the mathjax cdn is down.  Pretext books are taking a long time to load, and no math is rendering.  The same is true for the mathjax.org site.  Not sure there is anything we can do right now (although some sort of backup would be good for future "disasters" of this type).

And it seems to be working again.  phew!
