Prefigure for print: install rsvg-convert

The current documentation for prefigure does not include information on
installing rsvg-convert for windows (entries for Linux and Mac only). I
figured it out, but can we add those lines for future installs?

Hi Mark,

I don't have access to a windows machine and so have never attempted that installation.  If you could send instructions so that I could add them to the installation page, that would be much appreciated.

Windows users will need to download rsvg-convert then add the location to their path.

rsvg-convert may be downloaded at https://github.com/miyako/console-rsvg-convert

I did not find a package version for easier installation.
