When a #sidebyside inside a printable (in my case #handout) has panels in which the heights are not the same, the workspace sizing algorithm is using the content of the first panel of the sidebyside rather than the largest. See, for instance,

This was built using 2.37.1, and since this is related to height, I don’t think this belongs in the ongoing conversation about widths of things inside sidebyside.
