Dark mode disabled, but rendered

It looks like provide-dark-mode=“no” needs a bit more refinement. When you view a project set up that way on a system that has dark mode set as the system default preference, the page is still rendered using dark mode. However, there is no longer a toggle to switch the page out of dark mode.
