QR codes and static images for local video

A temporary problem I am experiencing involves videos that I am hosting locally. "pretext build print" fails because the expected png containing a QR code is not generated. No version of the pretext generate command produces one. The video is hosted locally for the moment, because I am still developing the video (not ready for YouTube).

Is there an easy workaround? In the long term I will decide the videos are good enough to upload and then everything will be a youtube reference.

Hi Mark,

I think this is my fault.  At some point in the last two years when refactoring the `pretext generate` routine, I think I dropped support for qr codes for anything besides interactives.  I suspect that if you have an interactive in your source, then qr codes would be generated for everything that needs one, which might explain why this bug has gone so long without being reported.

I'm working on a fix now, so look for a new CLI version later tonight or tomorrow that should have a fix.

The QR images are now generated. Thank you. The PDF is produced.

The video preview (image) for the these was not generated (just some text saying BUG IMAGE NOT GENERATED). I want to check if that is a local issue (security settings block some web access when I am at home).
