tabbed tasks

After a recent ULA rebuild, I noticed that tasks are behaving differently.  I have @tabbed-tasks="line" set on #exercises in my publication file, and tasks used to be tabbed.  Now I see the following on both a local build with version 2.45.0 of the CLI and on Runestone.  I've done a lot of maintenance recently on the source, but I'm not aware of anything that would lead to this behavior, which occurs on all exercises with tasks.  Any suggestions?

I don't recognize "line" as an option, and a peek at the code suggests "inline"
is an option. Can you try that?

Update:

In a recent marathon with my best assistant we thought we were 100% successful in removing bootstrap dependencies.  However this tabbed interface slipped through the cracks.  When I pointed this out to said assistant, it whipped up a nice bit of work to support the desired behavior.  I’ve tested it in the projects & friends section of the sample book and it looks and behaves like it should.

Not live yet, but will be on Saturday at the latest.
