Target options in project.ptx

For PDF targets in my project file, I have latex-source="yes", and I have also set a value for output-filename.

I noticed that the value set for output-filename is ignored.

The guide mentions that output-filename can only be used for output formats that produce a single file.

Am I correct in guessing that requesting LaTeX source is incompatible with specifying a filename?

This is a bug in the cli.  I will try to get a fix out this weekend.
