custom stylesheet instructions in M.4 no longer accurate

The instructions in the PreTeXt Guide on updating your custom XSL when transitioning to the CLI (M.4 Updating your custom XSL) are no longer accurate: rather than 

<xsl:import pretext-href="pretext-html.xsl" />

you now need to write (as per 5.7 Customizations, Thin XSL Stylesheets):

<xsl:import href="./core/pretext-html.xsl"/>

That's my guide, but I've been swamped with start of term, and haven't had a change to send a pull request to change it.

(I'm sure Rob wouldn't mind if someone else did this, and I certainly won't!)
