I apologize for being a nuisance.  

I'm getting beautiful HTML and PDF output from my file, but my console returns the message 'LaTeX Warning: Label(s) may have changed. Rerun to get cross-references right.'

Is there an easy way that I can add one more compile in the chain when I build the PDF output?

Dear Charles,

I think the key word there is *may*.

We look for more serious messages and do as many passes as necessary until they go away. For example, the Guide takes three passes. We've got you covered. I think.

A TeXnician can correct me, but it seems that message is superfluous.

If you find an actual bad cross-reference, then we might get excited.
