Currently Worksheet allows

(Page+ | PrintoutBlock+)

where

PrintoutBlock =
  BlockStatement | Remark | Computation | Theorem | Proof | Definition |
  Axiom | Example | PrintoutExercise | Project |
  Poem | Assemblage | ListGenerator | Fragment |
  PrintoutSideBySide

So titled blocks are already allowed as a child of Worksheet.

Could Paragraphs be added to the PrintoutBlock list? (Already renders fine in output.)

Use case is a titled but unnumbered procedure, followed by activities that practise that procedure.

Thanks for considering.

That was the first question, though it should not really matter.

Of course, #paragraphs is an odd duck. Sorta like a division, sorta like a
block. One drawback - not always clear where it ends. But I love using it,
especially for something not too structured like a #letter or #memo (which seem
to often get printed out!).

A condition of making #worksheet way back when (in Austin) was that it wouldn't
get subdivisions. This might be a good compromise. Much like how you cannot
subdivide a #preface, so the suggestion is always to use #paragraphs.

Well, I also break that rule (and it also renders fine in output). But I wouldn't suggest that for the schema. ;)

I added support for paragraphs in worksheets a little while ago, at least for the printable html.  This does seem like a reasonable addition to the schema.  Note that I havent looked at latex rendering at all, which really could use some eyes to make it consistent with html anyway.
