Feature request from a student: adjustable line spacing

Hidden among the comments on my course evaluations from last term was a request from a student for PreTeXt: they felt that the text in HTML was too dense for them to read, and they wished they could double-space the text.

I don't know how hard that would be to implement, but if we are considering adding accessibility options, there is at least one person who would like to be able to adjust the spacing of the text.

I mocked up a demo of several readability options: line spacing,
font height and width, font style, reading ruler, letter spacing,
and a couple others. A drop-down had each property, and then
you could make the measure of that property larger or smaller.

I think the plan was to revisit that after we had dark mode and
maybe some other reader preferences.

Definitely we want to have something like this.

This might be one of several really cool David Farmer demos I've seen that I hope will come to fruition some day

But I think much of the code for that extra drop-down was removed in an isolated surgical commit, so it could be a headstart in bringing it back. Just for the record here.
