Rebuild with regenerated assets

Hi,

I finally finished the Saturday builds (not bad, for mid-sunday afternoon). I updated my build scripts so I can set an environment variable to force all the builds to regenerate their assets.  With all of the changes to webwork I set that flag today.  So books have been rebuilt with the latest CLI and the latest webwork server.  All webwork representations should have been rebuilt.  If you notice something amiss, please let us know.

Also, I fixed a bug in the author interface, so that if you click the generate assets box, it now actually generates assets again.

Note:  none of the proteus versions are part of the weekly build process.  let me know if you want that to happen and I'll figure out a way to get my scripts to build both versions.
