Early progress on summer development

Good morning,

This post outline a few hidden features that I have deployed in order to get early feedback from the community.

* New Grader

* New registration/login

* New course switching and enrollment

These are not the default and purposely hidden a bit so that you are not tempted to use them in production just yet.  Not that they will inadvertently delete data or do something irreparable, I just know that the old version has years of stress testing and this has had only light testing.
