find_xml_pattern utility added to scripts/

FYI - there is now a utility to find matches of XML constructs in the examples/ directory (or alternatively some other specified directory). It is useful if you need to find a live example of something specific and can describe it via XPath.

For example, to find a multi-paragraph introduction to an exercise, you might do:

script/utilities/find_xml_pattern.py exercise/introduction/p[2]

chmod a+x pretext/script/utilities/find_xml_pattern.py

so it's executable?
