Hello, I’m looking for some examples of the proper way to do fill-in-the-blanks these days. I see a lot of info in https://pretextbook.org/doc/guide/html/topic-interactive-exercises.html#fill-in-exercises   referring to using <fillin />  but no actual full examples there. When I look at the sample book the only relevant examples I find are in rune.xml and they use a <var />  element. There is a paragraph in the guide that hints about some major effort starting at 2022-06-14 ( https://pretextbook.org/doc/guide/html/topic-interactive-exercises.html#fill-in-exercises-19 ) but it is not clear to me what part of all this is the new effort vs the old, and what I am supposed to use. Hoping for some clarifications.

There are a number of new syntax fillins in, they just are scattered in the second part of the page.

To identify the right ones, search the source code for that page for "fillin". It is in examples/sample-book/rune.xml

And maybe the sample book needs to have Section 5.18 split into two. Old-style
problems for Runestone backward compatibility vs. new style dynamic problems
from Brian's work. I think its the first four versus the reat. (Somebody was
suggesting this recently?)
