Fillin in Math in Worksheets

Noticed this morning that something is wrong with the fill-in box rendering here: Task 35.6.1.a for example.  Haven't investigated, but perhaps the cause is related to a recent commit?

Short version: fixed just now. Maybe an emergency release is in order? (Sorry!)

Long version: the boolean to determine if there were any STACK exercises was not
good enough and was being fooled by "sidebyside/stack". So we were getting
STACK JS, etc, and so MathJax 2.7.7 was about, and so some macros were not being
supported (\colorbox?). Severe enough that any project with a "stack" in a
"sidebyside" is getting subpar HTML?
