A query about JQuery. Do we still use it?

More to the point. We have a "js_lib" directory floating around, for historical
reasons. Seems to be mostly referenced in the HTML XSL via the variable
$html.jslib.dir.

But I'll need guidance before doing anything rash. This can wait for a
discussion at tomorrow's Drop-In.

* Can "knowl.js" move to the "js" directory just above? (With suitable
adjustments.)

* Can the three JQuery *.js be removed? Or are the legacy summary pages using
them?

* mathjaxknowl3.js is referenced by the MathJax configuration, so I think it
could be moved.

* Is mathjaxknowl.js now obsolete? Replaced by the "3" version?
