QR codes with a centered image

You can now provide an image file to be inserted in the middle of QR codes produced for your project. You might do this for branding, or for seeing at a glance what project a random QR code is associated with. This is a publisher level option, with the same image to be used in all QR codes.

You can place an image in the center of your QR codes as cited in the original announcement below.

It turns out the documentation and the implementation for this did not agree. We decided we liked the documentation way better, and changed the implementation to match the documentation. If you were using this feature (despite the incorrect documentation), it means that now you need to make a small edit to your publisher file, changing `qr-code` to `qrcode`. If you leave it as `qr-code`, it will fail silently.
