[CHANGE] HTML tabbed interface, exercise "introduction" and "conclusion"

"exercise" (and similar PROJECT-LIKE) that are structured with "task" can be
(optionally) rendered with a "tabbed interface" as part of HTML output.
The "introduction" and "conclusion" no longer live in the first, or last, tab,
they will precede, or follow, the tabs.
This does not affect your source in any way, strictly a change in presentation
(which you might want to take advantage of).
