HTML Interactives sizing updates

There are a few changes to the sizing of interactive elements (GeoGebra, DoenetML, HTML 5 Canvas, etc...) in HTML builds that should now be available in the PreTeXt CLI.

Some general sizing updates should make the containers for interactives better handle being resized. And to customize how that resizing happens authors now have a few new tools.
