to PreTeXt announcements
I'm happy to announce a few new features for PreTeXt and the CLI/pretext-tools that should make it easier to create small documents and course materials that you can post in an LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, etc).  Some of these have been silently available for a while, but there is new documentation that hopefully pulls it all together.

Want to make a "portable" single page HTML version of your document?  See Section 29.10: Single Page HTML.

Want to embed a single page from a larger project in an LMS?  Want to upload a "private" page directly the the LMS?  See Section 29.11: HTML in an LMS.

Did your "friend" send you their latest proof of the Collatz conjecture as a single PreTeXt file, and want to build it to HTML or PDF without putting it inside a project? See Subsection 5.2.9: Using PreTeXt outside of a project.  (If you don't like the command line for this, pretext-tools now has a "Build current file" command that does this for you.)

Have fun, and don't hesitate to reach out on pretext-support if something doesn't work as expected or could be made clearer.

Oscar.
