[DEPRECATE] HTML navigation button style

The publisher entry html/navigation/@style has been removed, and you will get
warnings if you are using it. (Remove the entry to stop the warnings.)
Why? The "compact" button style is no longer supported in the CSS, so only
"full" was left. Which is what everybody gets now.
