New Google Group for accessibility topics

I have created a new Google Group for accessibility-related topics. No
restriction on audience: support personnel, readers, advocates, developers,
granting agencies. Anyone interested can go add themselves (I seeded it with a
few folks I think I know would want to be on it). I plan to redirect threads
from the other groups as a way of moving discussion there.
