My university is recommending that faculty use
mathkicker.ai to convert mathematical PDFs into DOCX or HTML out. I set up a free account and wasn't too impressed with the DOCX conversion. In HTML, math is converted into MathJax, and some of the structure of the document is correctly inferred.
I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with mathkicker. I am having good luck using an LLM to convert some of my old LaTeX source into PreTeXt source for worksheets and other course materials. But I've been asked about mathkicker as a departmental resource so I'm wondering if others have found value in it.
Thanks,
David
