Prompted by the permalink issue (that they "clutter" the screen reading), I'm curious what we all think about adding an accessibility menu to the top of the page of all pretext documents. It could be visually hidden, but tabbed to as the second stop (after "Jump to main content"). One day soon(?), I would like to see visual reader menus on the top of a pretext page (where you can select fonts, text size, background color, etc) at which point the accessibility menu could go next to or inside that.
I wonder if there is a way to set the accessibility settings of mathjax globally on a page using a setting in this menu. Besides that and the premalink toggle, what else might be good to include?
