We've had some complications in scheduling workshops this year, but we're excited to do some canning this Saturday if anyone wants to come by. I think we'll do some beets, some fruit preserves, and hopefully some chicken stock. Starting at 8am with harvesting and trying to get done pretty quick before it gets too hot.
