Our next full Network meeting postponement
This online ZOOM meeting was scheduled for Monday 7 September but because of holidays etc. we have decided to postpone this to 6pm on Monday 28 September. Besides the chance for a general catch up our topic will be Hate Crime issues and we will have speakers with specialist knowledge of the issues.
We will send out a reminder and the zoom link nearer the date.
Sanctuary Space
is intended to be a gathering where sanctuary seekers can share their stories and issues in a supportive environment. The group had now met usefully on zoom three times and we have dates planned for 10 September and 8 October. Please tell any sanctuary seekers you know about this and ask them to get in touch with Ghassan Mahdi ghassan...@gmail.com for further information.

Please do invite children in any sanctuary seeking families you know to take part. There are free gifts for everyone who sends in an entry. Writing, drawings, photos, video or audio clips all welcome.
We have some good entries, though not yet enough and they have only come in through our own personal contacts. You can look at them all here.

We decided to keep entries open to the end of September and promote it through links with schools as they return. We will start work on compiling a web presentation of the material late September.
